Incase you were wondering why the body of Mowzey Radio is dressed in military attire, well it turns out that, the late desired so.

According to sources and those who were close to him, Radio preferred to be called “soldier” and therefore its no doubt that he was dressed in that way to honour his wishes.

Sources also allege that Lillian Mbabazi desired to have the late’s body dressed in a black suit, particularly the one he wore at the Nakudata concert in honour of their breakthrough song.  However, his white wife stated that the late confined in her that if he were to pass away he desired to rest in military attire.

Speaking at the vigil yesterday, singer Buchaman paid his respects saying that “the soldier had just retreated”.

“The soldier has retreated. There is grief uptown, downtown and in the ghettos. Everybody is in sorrow but the army is still here on the frontline”, he stated.
