Whenever a discussion about radio personalities pops up, her name shall pop up. And Crystal Newman’s name only pops up when the discussion is about respect, love and happiness.
Well, let’s accept, eighteen years later, Crystal moved on.
Well, we can confirm that besides her several ambassadorial roles for different products and initiatives, Crystal already has something new going for her. Crystal recently started an online show dubbed Crystal’s Bites which has been running for the past few days on her youtube channel.
The show is basically about a variety of Uganda delicacies served in different places. The show also involves Crystal hosting different celebrities to discuss the different delicacies they have enjoyed in different facilities in Uganda.
And we can confirm, Crystal’s Bites started on a good note after clinching a partnership with the Tusker Lite sponsored Kampala Restaurant week who featured prominently on her first two episodes.
Crystal has so far hosted Sheraton Kampala chef Denis as well as TV/ Radio personality Flavia Tumusiime.
Crystal is one of the few women celebrities to start up her own online show; songbird Juliana Kanyomozi runs an online reality show called ‘Sit down with Yana’ that runs on Youtube as well.
