With the recent trend of entertainment personalities taking interest in politics, guess who else has been influenced! Eddy Kenzo!

While appearing on NTV’s ‘Mwasuze Mutya’ show, the Big Talent boss revealed that he has the ambitions of representing his home district of Masaka but unfortunately he has no academic documents.

“How can a paper be the main qualification for one to become a leader? Education can never groom a leader, leaders are just born naturally. Education has only given birth to rulers instead”, Kenzo cried out.

Given that it’s a public secret that the super star only managed to study up to primary three, he says this has hindered him to stand and contest to represent his people.

“For many years have not seen any big development in my home district Masaka and our leaders are not doing anything about it. I have the leadership potential to do something for them but I have no academic papers”, Kenzo stated.

When asked why he can’t use his celebrity status to do something for them the singer replied saying; “Being an Airtel ambassador,  I once reached an agreement with the telecom board to set up a stadium in Masaka. But the leaders fought me saying I was not positioned to do that for them.”
