South African based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan and her ex-husband Diamond Platinumz will be in Uganda this week. We can now guess what some of you are thinking but Matooke Republic is here to assure you that the once renowned regional lovebirds will be in the country for totally different reasons.
Zari will be in town to join the panel of judges for 2019 Miss Uganda beauty pageant happening this Friday at the Kampala Sheraton Hotel.
“I am super excited to be coming home as a Judge for the Miss Uganda 19 Grand Finale. Make sure you get your tickets before they sell out,” Zari posted on her social media pages.
Tanzanian music star Diamond Plantnumz has also already confirmed his performance at the weekly comedy show ‘Comedy Store’ this Thursday at UMA show grounds. This will be Diamond’s second performance in Uganda since he graced the Kampala City Carnival two years ago.
Zari and Diamond have two children together but they separated on Valentines Day last year.
