Jailed singer Ali Buken popularly known as Nubian Li’s wife Gloria Shiko Mutoni has come out and shared how hard life is without her husband.

Mutoni says ever since her husband Nubian was jailed for political issues, life has been hard for her to handle.

In a recent social media post, the Kyanja Parish LC3 Councilor elect narrated that Nubian’s position in the family is too big for her to fit in.

“Your shoes are too big for me to fit in here at home, still asking for God’s grace to be enough for us. We miss you so much,” Nubian Li’s wife cried out.

According to Mutoni, she misses the company of her lovely husband.

“I miss his company, when the kids sleep I sit in the chair in the sitting room and start reminiscing on his funny stories that he used to tell me. He’s a humble, respectful disciplined and down to earth man who has never been in a single quarrel with anyone,” Mutoni said.

Recently, Mutoni caused mixed reactions on social media after showing her back bearing a big tattoo of Nubian Li’s face as a way of expressing her feelings for her husband.

The singer is still behind bars ever since he was arrested last year in December while in Kalangala district on his best friend and Presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu’s campaign trail.
