Known for living a life full of glamour and tantalizing photoshoots, singer Lydia Nabawanuka alias Lydia Jazmine has trashed the allegations that the reason why she has no known relationships is that she’s a gold digger.

While appearing in an interview on local television, the ‘Banange’ singer said she is a very hard-working woman who sponsors her expensive lifestyle and music business.

“Don’t I have my own money? Who tells you that I want a man with deep pockets? I have my own money and I am a very hard-working woman. I don’t depend on any man. Yes, I don’t date for money and when the time for marrying comes, It will be my own decision,” Jazmine stated.

Jazmine has been rumored to be in relationship with different men but the singer has always rubbished the reports and declared herself single and only waiting for the right time.

The ‘Masuuka’ singer also congratulated Spark TV gossip girl Precious Remmie for finding a husband for herself before revealing that she is not thinking about getting married anytime soon.

“Congratulations my Remmie even though you didn’t invite me to sing my song ‘Kapesa’, I am happy for you and I wish you the best in your new journey. I am still very far away from holding any marital ceremony for now. It is always the decision of an individual. In fact, there is no plan or a limit for someone to get married. At any time anyone can get married to the person of their choice,” Jazmine.
