Singer Winnie Nwagi, real name Winnie Nakanwagi, has opened up about the relationship she had with her late mother, Sarah Namuddu, saying she would be picking clothes for her to wear at her coming concert if she were still alive.

While speaking in an interview on Monday, Nwagi revealed that she misses her mother a lot because she would be her biggest fan, especially at this moment when she is preparing for her first music concert.

“With my mother, we would be having a lot of fun. Sarah Namuddu, Rest in Peace. We would be best friends right now. She would be picking clothes for me. She would be my number one fan. But unfortunately, she is not around, “said Nwagi.

She, however, credited her father for being there for her, adding that he will even attend her coming concert.

“My father is around, and he is my fan. He enjoys my music a lot. He will come. And a few of my family members,” she said.

Nwagi’s concert is slated for September 9, 2022, at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
