Singer Lydia Jazmine has finally spoken out in response to claims made by Maurice Kirya that he only knew her from her photos.
Speaking in an interview over the weekend, Jazmine didn’t appear to be bothered by Kirya’s remarks and claimed that her only concern is growing her music career.
“I don’t focus on such things. It would be best if you asked him again why he said so because I have no comment about it,’ said Jazmine.
“My focus is only on my music,” she added.
Last month, when Maurice Kirya claimed to know Jazmine because her images kept appearing on his timeline, he came under fire from Jazmine’s ardent supporters and followers.
“I don’t know any of Lydia Jazmine’s music, I just know her as a person because she’s beautiful and her pictures keep coming all over my timeline,” said Maurice Kirya.
Social media users, particularly Jazmine’s followers, also insisted that they were unaware of Kirya’s music.
