Former presidential candidate Prof. Venansius Baryamureeba has tied the knot with his fiancée.

According to sources close to the couple, the private wedding ceremony took place in Matugga over the weekend, away from the public eye.

The 54-year-old Baryamureeba didn’t keep the news entirely under wraps, however. He shared glimpses of the event, uploading photos of their wedding to social media. In a caption, he wrote, “It’s done: In this life and the next. To God be the glory.”
