Uganda Cranes forward Paul Mucureezi together with his wife Esther Khainga Swabale have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy. The new bouncing baby boy is called Adlai Mucureezi Bwanahoro.

The 28-year-old forward, who plays for Vipers SC in the Uganda Premier League wedded Swabale in August 2020 in a scientific event at St Francis chapel Makerere. The event happened just a week after Swabale introduced Mucureezi to her parents in Mukono.

Earlier on in February 2020, the youthful couple got engaged when Mucureezi went on one knee at the St Mary’s Stadium pitch and proposed to Khainga. The proposal was made at fulltime when Mucu’s side Vipers had just thumped Maroons FC 5-0 in a Uganda Premier League fixture.
