Hahaha … It looks like the only thing Uganda Police can count is Kitu Kidogo. Otherwise what else explains this??? Afande Kale Kayihura and his boys (we almost forgot … and girls) celebrated 100 years of the existence of the Uganda Police at Kololo Airstrip on Friday. But then the banners read 1906 to 2014. That is simple Maths that can be handled by a P.5 kid. Looks like Kayihura forgot to organise the party in 20o6 … NNN (Nsese Nengwa Neli).
