Social media is flooded with hilarious memes related to the current situation of Uganda being set to temporarily host 2,000 Afghanistan refugees given the political unrest in their country.

Yesterday government announced that on request of USA, it will be hosting the Afghan refugees and the United States will cover costs incurred during the Afghanistan refugees’ stay.

As expected Ugandans decided to create memes and jokes out of the ‘serious’ situation with many vowing to ditch Ugandan women who love asking for transport money and go for Afghan women who will only ask for rice.
