Former presidential candidate Joseph Mabirizi comes back after a long period of time since his comic election days. Of course in the same way that everyone else does these days- Law Suit.
Kampala City Hall court has issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Mabirizi on orders of Magistrate Moses Nabende after defying several court summons to appear in court over charges of illegally erecting a building.
Prosecution alleges that Mr. Mabirizi illegally erected a building along Hoima Road without an approval plan from Kampala Capital City Authority.
Following Mr. Mabirizi’s failure to appear in court after several summons, Magistrate Nabende has now issued an arrest warrant for the police to deliver him.
