Popular traditional healer Sylvia Namutebi aka Maama Fiina was yesterday speaking on Agataliko Nfufu on Bukedde TV 1 vowed to carry personal investigations concerning the murder of her husband Major Muhammad Kiggundu. She called upon the Police to be swift in their investigations lest she summons her personal efforts to resolve the death of her husband.
“I will do the needful to find out the truth behind the shooting of my husband”Maama Fiina said.
Police yesterday swung into action and arrested the acting Tablique leader, Sheikh Yahaya Mwanje who is suspected to be in connection with the murder of Maj. Kiggundu. Police spokes person Afande Felix Kaweesi confirmed that he will help the police intelligence in the ongoing investigations.
Maj.Kiggundu and his body guard/driver Sgt. Steven Mukasa were shot dead on Saturday morning by unknown assailants on Mengo-Masanafu road off the northern bypass as he was heading for his weekly radio show at Pearl FM.
