Former presidential  press secretary Tamale Mirundi has today on unusual incident agreed with remarks by leading opposition figure Dr.Kizza Besigye. While appearing on NBS morning breeze, he stated that indeed, we have mafias in the government.

“I want to agree with Dr Kizza Besigye on his statement on mafia. We have mafias”, he stated.  The self made political analyst stated he has for so long been also saying that enemies infiltrated the government and using it for their own benefits. He blamed the rise of “mafiarism” on corrupt officials.

“I am personally sad because of what has happened and the way it has happened. The kind of confidence clearly shows that the killers are not casual criminals who just hired guns. The mafia groups have relations with government,” Besigye stated.
