Kampala Metropolitan Police boss Frank Mwesigwa says Bobi Wine was not arrested but was being engaged to change the venue of his rally. He says the venue he had chosen is prohibited within the electoral commission guidelines. But the police boss says Bobi Wine has agreed to change the venue to Bulamu and he’s is still within the accepted timelines.
Bobi Wine has blocked from holding a rally at Kasangati grounds this morning. He was later taken briefly to Kira Police Station then released.
