Deputy Speaker, Jacob Oulanyah has insisted that Members of Parliament are barred from discussing the constitution amendment bill. According to the Deputy Speaker, the constitution amendment bill is non-existent and MPs who insist on discussing the bill are doing so at their own risk.
According to NTV, he warned MPs who are in support of the bill that the Parliament will not be responsible for any backlash they receive from the public over the bill.
