Besigye blocked by police from accessing court where they are expected to appear today

Police in Mbarara has blocked opposition leader Dr Kizza Besigye and colleagues; FDC President Patrick Amuriat, Hon Munyagwa Mubarak and Ingrid Turinawe who are expected to appear in Mbarara High court.

The court premises are under heavy police deployment as the opposition figures are yet to be allowed to access court.
