Abdallah Kitatta, the Boda Boda 2010 patron and 12 others have had a change of mind. The group have accepted to be charged by Makindye-based army court, The General Court Martial.

In an earlier court appearance this month, the group argued that they are civilians and thus the court had no jurisdiction over them. However, the army court chairman Lt. Gen. Andrew Guti described the protest as contempt of court.
