The former leader of Boda Boda 2010, Abdallah Kitatta, has today been convicted by the General Court Martial chaired by Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti.

However, the court, presided over by a seven-member panel led by Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti, adjourned the case to tomorrow (Tuesday May 14, 2019) for the delivering of Kitatta’s sentence.

The same court also convicted Sowali Ngoobi of unlawful possession of firearms. And the prosecution has asked court to give maximum sentence to Kitatta and Ngoobi such that they can serve as a lesson to would-be-offenders.
