The sociable and outspoken Hellen has been and still is the Tourism Minister for Busoga Kingdom.

Our sources told us that she insisted on juggling the two positions since she looks at her new posting as one that might bring about useful connections and powerful contacts that could help her in boosting tourism and other developmental activities in her region.
