A man identified as silver Nsonga, a resident of Nakabugo, Mityana road was yesterday arrested by Wakiso Police for allegedly strangling his sister’s one-month-old twin baby identified as Migal Wasswa to death for making a lot of noise(crying) while being bathed.

Eye witnesses say that they saw Nsonga snatched the baby from her mother  identified as Mutonyi Mirembe as she bathed it but they could not confront him as he seemed very strong and was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. They called police to come and rescue the baby but by the time police reached the baby was already dead and they arrested Nsonga.
