Lawyer Male Mabirizi never runs out of tricks. The Supreme Court this morning went into a frenzy when the lawyer turned up to appeal the recent age limit ruling with a truck full of books.

Mabirizi who was one of the petitioners to the Constitutional Court against the amendment that removed article 102(b) from the constitution had last month indicated that he was to appeal the court’s ruling arguing that it did not satisfy the issues he raised.

“Being dissatisfied with the majority judgment and orders and some aspects of the unanimous judgment of the Constitutional Court, I intend to appeal to the Supreme Court,” he wrote.

Social Media has made a mockery of Mabirizi’s arrival with some accepting that lawyers are indeed ‘learned’ while others say that it is just another stunt to earn the lawyer ‘cheap popularity.’
