Bobi Wine to announce “next move” as he addresses international media in Washington today

Admitted singing politician, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine is set to address international media in Washington D.C, United States of America (USA) today. 

Bobi Wine who is on court bail is receiving treatment in the U.S after an appaling torture experience in Arua where he and 32 others were arrested by security forces and subsequently charged with treason.

According to his international lawyer, Robert Amsterdam of Amsterdam & Partners LLP, the press conference is scheduled for 10 am EST (5pm Ugandan Time). 

“While detained by SFC and police, Bobi Wine says he was subjected to extreme abuse and torture,” a press statement on bobiwine.com reads. The singer will “brief US and international journalists on his experience, the developing situation in Uganda, and plans for the international response.”
