Although she cut the figure of an iron-fisted, no-nonsense disciplinarian, outgoing KCCA Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi had another side to her.

The side that left Kampala men tilting in all directions looking for a better view of her whenever she walked by in her fitting dresses or casual pants.

She brought a whole new duology of swag that; hate her or love her, would make an angry man flash a smile.

At several KCCA Carnivals – an idea she brought to the City and later ditched, journalists had a field day with their cameras capturing her glamorous entourage or a sense of her fashion style.

Besides, her leadership and sometimes high-handed approach towards issues of Kampala, Musisi was an entertainer of epic proportions. And she did that as effortlessly as possible.

She was also big on Sport and occasionally, sent the crowds in wild cheers whenever she turned up for KCCA FC games at the Star Times Stadium in Lugogo. Of course, they would be looking elsewhere.

One more thing, she was a fighter. You want to know more about this, ask the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. He had a fair share of her wrath.
