Woman who threatened to hit President Museveni with her private parts sent to Luzira Prison

Remember the Free Bobi Wine protests? While some took to the streets, others decided to vent their anger on the online streets. A one Susan Namata and a friend recorded a video in which she threatened to hit President Yoweri Museveni’s teeth this her ‘private parts’. In the video she threatened to attack President Yoweri Museveni with her amour of lady parts if he did not release Kyadondod East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine who was under military detention.

Well, sitting today, Buganda Road Magistrates Court remanded the 21-year-old over offences related to insulting the person and privacy of President Museveni. Susan Namata, a resident of Najeera, Kiira Municipality in Wakiso district was charged with two counts of cyber harassment and offensive communication.

She denied the charges before Buganda Road Grade One magistrate Stella Maria Amabilis who remanded her to Luzira until tomorrow November 1.
