Constance Kabakaali Muhangazima , mother to veteran Journalist Andrew Mwenda has today evening passed on at the age of 84. The self- proclaimed old man of the clan announced her death on his social media.
“I would like to inform all our friends and family that our dear mother has just passed on 10 minutes ago,” Mwenda tweeted at 7:30pm
“We shall be informing all about the next plans for escorting her to paradise she prepared her life for,”he added.
Muhangazima suffered heart complications and during her illness, President Yoweri Museveni visited her twice. Mwenda once revealed that the two were great friends.
“…when these two meet, the world holds it’s breath.” Mwenda tweeted.
Mrs. Muhangazima was also a mother to Kabarole Woman MP, Margaret Muhanga and Gen.Kayanja Muhanga.
