Suspected notorious armed robber arrested, found with a toy gun and army uniforms

As Police and other security agencies continue with their intensified crackdown on criminal gangs around the country, a beefed up operation in Mayuge has netted 26-year-old Rogers Magoola, a suspected notorious armed robber.

According to Police, Magoola was arrested and found with two pairs of army uniform, one toy gun, one Field Force Unit Police uniform, two army caps, three ropes and three torches.

Police says Magoola has been reported several times over being the master-minder of terrorizing areas of Kityerera, Malongo, Bugadde and Musita-Namayingo-Busia highway.

Magoola is said to be currently in Police custody at Central Police Station of Mayuge District on charges of aggravated robbery and impersonation. Further Investigations are ongoing as security agencies continue to hunt his partners in crime.
