The body guards of National Unity Platform (NUP) Presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Robert Sentamu have vowed to die while protecting their only hope.

Speaking at the burial ceremony of their comrade Frank Ssentenza who was allegedly run over by the Military police vehicle yesterday on Sunday, Eddie Mutwe, Bobi Wine’s longest known serving bodyguard on his camp said Frank joined them not very long ago but he was the most disciplined amongst them and committed to do his job.

Bobi Wine bodyguards; Eddie Mutwe and Aritho.

Mutwe said it’s sad that their comrade has survived serious incidents that involved shooting at them with live bullets and died of a ‘stupid’ intentional accident.

“He (Frank) has gone but we will not give up on the job of guarding our only hope Bobi Wine,” said Mutwe.

He added; “All of us on Bobi Wine’s team, including the late Frank, have been offered money to betray him. But, just like Frank, we have fought the temptation and we shall be with Bobi until we die.”

Frank was laid to rest at his ancestral home in Masaka City amidst chants from NUP supporters.
