Seasoned comedian and Rubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama claims he’s untroubled by his loss to defend his seat in the 11th parliament. He says the ‘protest report’ by the people of Rubaga was loud enough hence he has decided to go about with his businesses.

Lubwama who contested on the Democratic Party (DP) ticket was defeated by National Unity Platform (NUP) flag bearer Mukasa Aloysious. He says he never subscribed to NUP or even supported their presidential candidate Bobi Wine because their mission is to weaken the existing political parties and be the opposition ‘kings.’

He claims that Bobi Wine’s mission has never been to remove President Yoweri Museveni. He specifically came to politics with two missions; to weaken Besigye and to dispose off opposition MPs that are loyal to the Kabaka of Buganda.

The legislator admits that Bobi Wine achieved the above missions in the recently concluded elections.

However, he says his (Bobi Wine) downfall is also near as he has failed on the public promise of removing President Museveni.

“Bobi Wine has bad intentions for Uganda, he will never be President,” says Lubwama.
