After months of speculations about the health condition of the Buganda Kingdom King Ronald Muwenda Mutebi ii, yesterday during the celebration of his 66th birthday the Kabaka openly appeared before the public and according to the circulating videos and photos, the King looks not well.

Despite the Kingdom Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga continuously coming out to claim that Kabaka Mutebi is fine, yesterday the Kabaka looked ill as he could not even afford to put on his usual smile.

The surfaced footage has raised concerns among the subjects with many wondering what the Kabaka might be suffering from.
