Man in Iganga has been arrested for filming his neigbour’s wife while she was having her bath.

The suspect has been identified as Mwesigwa Aloysius and upon arrest by police, several other women at the village were surprised to find out that the same guy had filmed them.

Police accuses him of insulting the modesty of a woman contrary to Section 128(3) of the Penal Code Act. According to the provision, any person who insults the modesty of any woman or girl commits a misdemeanour and is liable to imprisonment for one year.
