Police investigating Pastor Kakande Church building collapse

Yesterday, Pastor Samuel Kakande’s Synagogue Church under construction at Kubbiri collapsed, leaving three people injured.

The incident is believed to have happened at 10 am. The victims have been identified as Eddy Namasanga, 40, Dembe Robert, 35, and Batumbi Alex, 26.

They were admitted at Mulago causality ward and were reported to be in steady condition.

Wandegeya Police are now investigating to ascertain what exactly happened.

“We are now investigating an incident of Rush and Neglect at Pastor Kakande’s church where scaffolding pipes and jacks collapsed and injured three people, who were working at the site,” said Police.
