On Wednesday, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta during the 58th Mashujaa Day Celebrations announced the lifting of the nationwide dusk to dawn curfew.

This week Kenyan citizens were reportedly in high spirits as Kenyan President, Uhuru Kenyatta announced the lifting of the nationwide that had been implemented since March 27, 2020.

The dusk to dawn curfew has officially been extended and with that came a lift on operating hours for bars and restaurants that have faced the longest strain on their business with the government directives and restrictions.
