Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has challenged Ugandans to embrace the NRM government in a bid to push for development in their respective areas.

While speaking to the locals in Rukungiri District, Nabbanja said that supporting the opposition is one of the reasons some areas are lagging behind in development.

“If you want to benefit from the government, you have to support it because a government cannot invest its resources in communities that are against it,” said Nabbanja.

Nabbanja said the government is willing to support Ugandans in different kinds of development but most of them are being wrongly used by the opposition for personal interests. She challenged Ugandans especially the youth to engage in income-generating activities.
