National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine together with party leaders yesterday visited Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya at Mulago Hospital to ascertain his current state of health and give him moral support.

According to Bobi Wine, Ssegirinya is in pain and facing breathing difficulties.

The NUP principal also stated that the regime is frequenting his treatment room for ‘personal motives’.

“We have learnt from him that several state operatives and politicians keep frequenting his treatment room and harassing him to apologize to Dictator Museveni and denounce the struggle or else he will not be freed from his misery,” said Bobi Wine.

He, however, disclosed that Ssegirinya is braving the suffering.

Ssegirinya is on remand battling charges of murder, attempted murder, aiding and abetting terrorism as well as treason among other charges.
