Who is Mary Sarah Nassali, the new Coca-Cola Strategy & Performance Director for Central Africa

Mary Sarah Nassali is the new Coca-Cola Strategy & Performance Director for Central Africa Region. (Uganda, Tanzania & Ghana).

As the Strategy and Performance Director, Nassali will be in charge of the Business Plan processes and their execution across the Central Africa Region.

Nassali has 22 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Profitable Revenue Growth, Marketing, Innovation, and Governance, all within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods segment.

She is an experienced business executive with a demonstrated history of working in Consumer Packaged Goods.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Mary was Financial Planning & Analysis and Revenue Management for the South East region of AB InBev Africa, covering Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia, Uganda, Botswana, and Namibia.

Nassali holds a Bachelors in Fine Art, Master’s in Business Administration from Edinburg Business School, and a certified ACCA accountant, a Certificated Transformational Coach with Coach Masters Academy, Governance Specialist, and Female Future Graduate.
