Drama unfolded yesterday when a group of protesters who were masquearding to be lame forgot about their “disability” and run for their life.

The protesters had set out towards Deputy speaker Anita Among’s Kololo residence in a bid to protest the deputy speaker’s mockery of embattled MP Francis Zaake yet they strongly believe that the NUP political figure was totured.

The protests were however intercepted by Police security detail who were trying to reason with the “lame protesters” to take their grievances to the Deputy Speaker’s official work station.

The Police kept asking the protesters who had directed them to the Among’s residence while asking them to seek redress at the official speaker’s office.

In a rebellious effort by the protesters to advance forward, the Police seized one of the protesters by his crutches thus prompting the protester to throw them away before dashing at top speed for his life.
