Haji Muhamood Mirundi, the father of Kampala Lord Mayor and FDC Deputy President Erias Lukwago, has passed on.
“My beloved Father and mentor, Hajji Muhamood Mirundi, has passed on. Inna lillahi wa inna illaihi raji’oon. Fare thee well Taata. Till we meet, weraba Taata wange omulungi,” said Lukwago in a post on his social media.
He will be laid to rest on Wednesday at 2:00 pm in Kabungo, Kalungu District.
