Moses Wegulo, the Ntinda Police Post OC, claims that the accident occurred when a trailer traveling in the direction of Ntinda failed to climb a hilly road and struck the victims’ motorcycle.

“A good samaritan rushed the lady to Naguru Hospital.” It was this morning, when relatives came to ask for security for the vigil, that I learnt that she is the minister’s daughter,” Wegulo said.
