The Ministry of Internal Affairs has made public a list of countries that Ugandan passport holders can visit without a visa.
The list has 38 countries.
A visa is an official document that grants the holder permission to enter a foreign country.
Usually, the bearer’s passport is either inked with the visa or glued down with it.
