Police in Mukono are hunting for Desire Kisaakye Nsimenta, a 25-year-old woman accused of cutting her boyfriend Vincent Sseguya’s penis. The incident happened in Kirangira B village in Mukono municipality.

Sseguya, who is currently receiving treatment at the Church of Uganda Hospital in Mukono, recently returned to Uganda after spending five years working in Qatar.

According to Sseguya, the girlfriend misused the funds he had sent her for the purpose of repairing the houses he was constructing, which likely led to these drastic events. Furthermore, he believes that her previous attempt to end his life involved poisoning his tea. Fortunately, he sought medical assistance in time and managed to survive the ordeal.

In a fight for his life, Sseguya bravely defended himself, resulting in Nsimenta inflicting severe injuries to his arm before fleeing the scene.

The police are actively pursuing Nsimenta to ensure that she is held accountable for these heinous acts.
