Ugandans on social media are showering praises on UK property investor Samuel Leeds for funding the construction of a 64-bed hospital ward in Jinja. The project, which reportedly cost Shs1 billion, was completed in just seven months.
“I had a really bad accident and almost died after falling down a waterfall on the River Nile and landing straight onto the rocks,” Leeds explained in a social media post.
During his stay in the hospital, Leeds was struck by the lack of space and resources, particularly the absence of on-site orthopedic surgeons. This experience inspired him to act by building a hospital.
But who is Samuel Leeds?
The 33-year-old, an expert in property investments, is the founder of one of the largest Christian business networks, ‘Training Kings,’ and Property Investors, a training institute for real-estate entrepreneurs.
At 17 years of age, the property mogul started with zero investments. The bank financed him after he implemented tactics he learned at the back of a training course.
His venture, ‘Property Investors,’ stands tall with a worth of several million pounds. The property training company, set up in 2016, is one of the largest in the UK.
Samuel Leeds has transformed people’s lives by empowering them to become financially free through real-estate investment.
