Police in Luwero have arrested Shakira Mbabazi for allegedly stabbing her husband, Godfrey Kamoga, 29, to death after he reportedly caught her in a sexual affair with his friend inside their home.

The incident occurred on Wednesday night in Namawojja village, Zirobwe sub-county. According to local residents, a heated argument broke out between the couple after Kamoga walked in on Mbabazi and his friend. The confrontation escalated, and Mbabazi allegedly grabbed a knife and fatally stabbed her husband in the sitting room. Kamoga died instantly.

Police later arrived at the scene and transported Kamoga’s body to Luwero Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination, while Mbabazi was taken into custody for further investigations.
