Lands Minister Nabakooba involved in road crash

The Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Judith Nabakooba has been involved in a road accident at Kibukuta swamp in Mpigi District while travelling to Rwampara District for an official land title handover ceremony.

The minister was in a convoy with her team when the crash happened. Early reports indicate that one of the vehicles, a black Toyota SUV, sustained heavy front-end damage, with a crushed bonnet and visible engine exposure, pointing to a serious impact.

The accident occurred along the Kibukuta swamp stretch, an area known for challenging driving conditions.
