The woman was secretly recorded by someone above her in the undated video.
The woman is seen in the video bending to take off her underwear and placing it in the saucepan. She further stirs the food with the spoon.
A short while later, she asked a young child to bring a plate, then told her to leave right away while she went on to serve the meal.
