Poor officiation has for long been the main reason causing huge controversies in Ugandan football and in many occasions the match official go unpunished.

Again this season we have had several incidences with the most popular one being in a game between Vipers SC and Maroons that was played at Luzira Prison Ground earlier this season. The public was questioning whether Moses Waiswa’s free-kick got to the back of the net, however, no clear evidence in support or distributing has ever been produced.
