Former Uganda Cranes coach McKinstry lands new job

Former Uganda Cranes Head Coach Johnny McKinstry is the new Gor Mahia coach. McKinstry has penned down a two-year contract with the Kenyan side.

The 37-year-old served as Uganda Cranes coach for 18 months before he was fired in November last year. He won the Cecafa 2019 with Uganda Cranes

He joins Gor Mahia with a lot of experience, especially in East Africa. He was the coach of Rwanda between March 2015 and August 2016. During his time with Rwanda national team, he was the Cecafa 2015 coach of the tournament.
