Kampala’s skyline just gained a striking new addition with the official opening of RR Pearl Business Park Tower One at the intersection of Yusuf Lule and Old Kiira Roads. The 19-storey architectural masterpiece was blessed during Havan prayers attended by close family and friends, marking another milestone in the Ruparelia Group’s drive to deliver high-grade real estate developments in Uganda.

Tower One, the first phase of the multi-building development, blends premium office spaces with versatile business suites, offering one of the most strategically placed addresses in the city. It has 16 floors of office space and three parking floors that can accommodate up to 360 cars.

As the first of 10 planned towers in the RR Pearl Business Park master plan, Tower One sets a new standard in functionality, design, and strategic location.

Future development phases will introduce a five-star hotel, a modern shopping mall, and a hospital, positioning Pearl Business Park as Uganda’s most comprehensive and prestigious business hub.

Speaking at the launch, developer Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia highlighted the building’s unmatched location, modern amenities, and visionary design as the key elements that will draw discerning businesses.
“This building consumed a lot in terms of resources and time, but it is well worth it,” he said. “Uganda offers an enabling environment for businesses, and we must invest in infrastructure that reflects that confidence.”

More than just a commercial building, it is a statement of ambition and innovation. Key features include:

  • Prime Location: Situated on Yusuf Lule Road, with easy access to the central business district, major transport links, diplomatic missions, and luxury residences.
  • Cutting-Edge Architecture: Elegant glass façades, natural lighting, and sweeping panoramic views of Kampala.
  • Versatile Spaces: Flexible layouts for multinational companies, local enterprises, retail outlets, corporate offices, and executive suites.
  • Smart Technology: High-speed lifts, energy-efficient systems, round-the-clock security, and ultra-fast internet connectivity.
  • Ample Parking: Multi-level facilities for tenants and visitors, a rarity in Kampala’s busiest commercial zones.
  • Sustainable Design: Eco-friendly features and green spaces that enhance wellness while lowering the urban carbon footprint.

With investments spanning hospitality, education, finance, and real estate, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia continues to shape Uganda’s economic landscape. His businesses employ more than 10,000 Ugandans, contributing significantly to job creation and national growth.
