Songbird Iryn Namubiru has come out to refute rumours that she attempted to commit suicide as it reported last week.
Pictures of the singer on top of a building were shared widely on social media, but Namubiru says she was shooting a video for her new song Nakukolaki.
The singer thanked her fans and Jinja police for the support and patience they showed during the two-days’ shoot.
‘’I thank the people of Jinja, Police, Mr. Fred Mukunya who lent us his house. Lastly to all our fans who were very good actors! You were there two days in a row, we enjoyed every moment. I can’t wait to see our acting skills in this one,” Iryn posted on her Facebook page.
